How to edit your personal information on your profile

You can update information in your profile on the Manage your MA Login page. The page has three tabs:

  • Update Profile
  • Sign In Info
  • Verification Options

MA Login authenticates you as a user of one or more applications. Your MA Login is unique and belongs to you.

Do one of the following:

  • Select the Manage your MA Login link on the Sign In with your MA Login page and sign in.
  • Select the Manage your MA Login link from a page in MA Login.

On the Update Profile tab, edit any of the following fields:

  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Prefix
  • Suffix
  • Date of birth
  • Home address
  • ZIP code
  • City
  • State

For each notification option, select the check box(es) for your preferred notification method.

Note: Only verified notification methods can be used.

Select Save.

More about notification options

You can set up automatic notifications about events that occur when you are using MA Login, including:

  • Failed Login
  • Successful Login
  • Account Recovery Attempt
  • Locked Account

These notifications alert you that your account is being used; if you are not using your account, there is a security problem.

Notifications can be sent to your email address or to a mobile phone. Your email address is verified when you create your MA Login. You can add a mobile phone number to your profile on the Manage Verification Options tab of the Manage Your MA Login page. Once the phone number is verified, it can be selected as a notification method.
